Returns & Refund Policy – VeparaShop

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. How to Return
Email office@vepara.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• We cannot accept returns for opened health & hygiene products due to safety reasons unless faulty.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Costs
Unless faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
